Dear [first name],
As you can see, I’m writing you a letter.
Not an email. Not a text.
Those, of course, are way more efficient. And much cheaper.
But here’s what I like about mail. You can touch it. You can feel it.
And I’m in a business where you really don’t touch or feel the product.
Of course, that doesn’t mean our product isn’t real. It’s as real as your house being fixed after a fire. As real as your car being repaired after an accident. As real as the money that shows in your bank if you’ve had a tragedy or mishap in business. Or as real as the lawyers we pay for if you get sued.
You get the idea.
Even though we may think about you every day, and our protection works for you every day, it might be easy for you to forget about us.
That’s okay. You shouldn’t have to worry about your insurance. That’s our job.
I’m simply writing to remind you. We’re here for you. And we’re here all year. (Even if you’re not thinking about us!)
Oh, yes, there’s one more thing I like about mail.
My signature goes at the bottom.
And it stands for something. That you have my word. That you have my reputation. And that you have my promise.
Thank you for letting us serve you.
Warmly,
[signature in blue Sharpie]
PS: If you have any questions about anything - your policy, what’s covered or what’s now - feel free to call. Our number is at the top of this letter
